PHILOSOPHY

We believe strong education is built on more than curriculum delivery alone.

At Skyhawk, equal importance is placed on:

  • authentic creative problem solving & critical thinking

  • performance arts & character formation

  • identity, vision, and contribution

  • healthy based relationships and community

Our intentionally small environment allows students to be known well, supported individually, and challenged appropriately.

CULTURE

Project-based learning is central to student life at Skyhawk Academy through annual school productions held in our outdoor sports pavilion, which accommodates audiences of 150+ guests. Major community events include:

  • Halloween Celebration (October)

  • Nyepi Ogoh-Ogoh Project (March)

  • Graduation Show (May)

These large-scale productions provide authentic opportunities for creativity, collaboration, leadership, and student performance through arts, singing, dance, drama, and public presentation.

Within the classroom: clear expectations, consistent routines, and a calm, connected learning environment that supports the development of independence, responsibility, confidence, and positive relationships.

Beyond academics and performances:

  • student clubs

  • excursions and study tours

  • weekend camps, slumber parties and social events

  • ECA sports and recreational activities
