My Journey to Pro Football Vision (Skywalker Student)

I’m from Slovakia, a small country with a fierce football heart, where I currently play as a goalkeeper for a club in the 3rd league. My journey began in 2017 when my family first took me to Bali on vacation. The island’s magic hooked us—we’ve returned every year since. Yet Bali, for all its beauty, isn’t built for elite football development. The coaching infrastructure lags far behind Europe’s rigorous systems, which is why Skywalker Academy, with its blend of top-tier education and structured training, became my anchor during off-season.

My ultimate dream is to wear the colors of a club in one of the top five European leagues—Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, or Ligue 1. The split life between Slovakia and Bali tests me constantly. Just as I adapt to one rhythm—training schedules, teammates, weather—we’re back on a plane to the tropics. The disruption is real, but it’s forged resilience I’ll carry forever.

Bali is my second home. I’ve built deep friendships,with a good life in Bali which I can really appreciate, and trained at the island’s premier goalkeeper academy—one of the few bright spots in Indonesian football. Still, European academies demand a different intensity: tactical drills at dawn, video analysis, and discipline that borders on military. My recent acceptance into a prestigious Spanish academy changes everything. Spain’s youth systems are legendary for producing world-class talent and feeding directly into clubs like Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Atlético. This is my golden ticket.

The hardest adjustment? Climate. Bali’s humid 30°C days clash brutally with Slovakia’s sub-zero winters. Layering up for outdoor sessions after months in flip-flops feels surreal. Through it all, one truth shines: friends drift, but family is eternal. Bali also gifted me fluency in English—a global language that breaks barriers and expands my network.

The future I envision is clear: top-flight football, then coaching the next generation.
