Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
General
Is Skyhawk Academy a “proper school”?
That depends on how the term is defined. Skyhawk Academy is a private independent academy operating within Indonesia’s non-formal education sector as a registered learning centre. We deliver programmes guided by the National Curriculum of England and aligned to recognised international academic pathways. See the Programmes page for more information.
What kind of learning model do you use?
Skyhawk combines structured academic learning, project-based learning, AI-assisted diagnostic platforms, and small-group teaching within a calm, relationship-based environment.
Do students work online?
Partially. Students use AI-assisted learning tools including IXL, which is also used by thousands of international schools worldwide. What curriculum do you follow?
Programmes are guided by the National Curriculum of England using an ESL-guided international school age model.
